The thing starts!!!

The name is out.

The name for the foundation will be “Energy and Sustainability for All“. Pagnotta takes care about lawyers, documents and papier… luky guy, he isn’t? The good Tello goes deep in projects, time tables and gannt charts ready about a solar project and jathropa project based in Mexico… great job!!!! We tried even to be in contact with the Raw-Solar US company that produce mirrors for the Sardinia field. Everybody well focused!

In the mean time summer arrives, and hollydays comes for many of us… so next month we will be a little lazy maybe, but still focused on it because september is next!

hot waters and enthalpy

Hi guys!

In the mean time the the name of the newborn caming out ( please vote massive!!!! we need the name yesterday!!! ) I want to start to play a little bit with you.

this is my hand draft of my idea that opens my blog.

…seems stupid, isn’t?

I want to understand if could be possible to build a real system like “above” in a location I have available in the middle of Sardinia Island.the field is 1.2 hect. take a look where it is!!! 

As you think how many reflecting surface we need to get team under pressure of 15 atm. and 500°C???

1.2 hect. are far from he minimum? I don’ know but I’m confortable that’s not!

the system willl run in this way:

paraboloid mirrors are made by depressuring of the mirror tube, abot how to mainain focus on target we will discuss after if u enjoy this idea. the mirors moves with the sun. the rest is obvious, steam, steam turbine, energy and water.

it’s seems stupid… but i feel like it is not. wath d u think? is it realizable… can it work a thing like that?

can anybody draw down two figures about heating water in this way? leave free the hungry physicist in you, as well as maths and engee… and anybody that has something stimulant for dreams…

new energy sources for humankind

Hi guys, hi you all!!!

This blog is just an answer to a question that I feel urgent and pressuring for the whole world. Appetite for energy!

It’s just my blog, a personal one, and I’m not an expert in that matter as bio fuels, renewable energies or alternative energy sources. But I think that is not needed to be an expert, for many reasons.

First of all: I’m deeply convinced that low-tech energy sources are the right choice. it seems we are at the beginning of a big revolution, with many new raw ideas can start a waterfall chain of others, and old ideas and concepts take a new life under the new approach to the energy consumption we start to have in the last years. inspiring new models and project now day.

I’m speaking about wind, sun, waters, vegetables oils, alternative motors. we maybe forget it, but around us there’s a lot of energy flowing, spins and comes and goes every time, everywhere.

…simple ideas… as the below clever easy and fascinating ( at least for me… )… take a look:

ok. now try to think to add the above stuff with the below well developed solar tower concept:

and you get my basic idea of a cheap low-tech and small-scale power plant.

That it is the field that has to being investigate for a while…
